Tim Knight will be sharing tips and techniques to help you manage your desk more effectively.   In this discussion he will focus on the key activities and metrics we should all be using to drive a successful practice.  In addition to Tim’s training, he will open up the floor during the last half of his presentation to allow for a free exchange with our membership on issues of the day.  Please bring a question or a case study you would like to share with the group.  Tim believes we all can learn from each other and will facilitate this discussion.  

 Tim is a Director with SBR leading two successful practice areas for the firm: Banking/Commercial Finance and Pharmaceutical and Medical Device.

In 2012, Tim began his fifteenth year in executive search. Prior to joining SBR, he was with the Southwestern Company as a District Sales Manager recruiting and training salespeople. Including his college summers, Tim has been with the Southwestern Company for twenty-eight years. 

Tim is a graduate of Mississippi State University with a B.A. in Business. He is the past Chairman of the United Way Campaign for the Southwestern Company and is the past President of the Board of Directors of the Williamson County Habitat for Humanity and a Junior Achievement volunteer.

 Also, Tim is a member of The Turnaround Management Association, a networking group dedicated to lenders and service providers in the turnaround market. He is a Certified Personnel Consultant and a member of the Pinnacle Society, the nation’s premier consortium of top executive search professionals.
